After cleaning the external genitalia, lie on your back and place this product on the vaginal fornix (approximately the two knuckles of the index finger) with a finger cuff on your middle finger. Dissolve in about 15 minutes without affecting sexual activity. Use once a day for the first time and 1-2 times a week for long-term maintenance.

Women should use it three days after menstruation, thirty days after miscarriage, and fifty-six days after childbirth. Pregnant women are prohibited from using it.
